No Cash Refunds: GoldSavingGuru does not offer cash refunds for any transactions. If you wish to cancel a purchase, you may exchange the amount paid for an equivalent value in gold coins or gold ornaments.
Exchange Option: If you decide to return or cancel your order, you can opt to receive gold coins or ornaments of the equivalent value of your original purchase. The exchange will be subject to current market rates for gold at the time of cancellation.
Gold Price Fluctuation: The value of the gold coins or ornaments exchanged will be based on the market price of gold at the time of the transaction. Gold prices can fluctuate, so the final value of the gold products may vary.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. Any cancellation or exchange will be processed based on the full value of your original purchase.
